Cholestech TC-HDL Test Cassette, measures total cholesterol (TC, which is a measure of the total amount of cholesterol in the blood at any given time), and High density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (referred to as the good cholesterol). The TC-HDL cassette measures total cholesterol (TC; which is a measure of the total amount of cholesterol in the blood at any given time), and High density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (referred to as the "good cholesterol"). TC•HDL also calculates the TC/HDL ratio and non-HDL cholesterol. TC values of less than 200mg/dL are desirable. HDL levels greater than or equal to 60 mg/dL are protective. Time to Results: 5 min. Sample Amount (whole blood or serum): 35 µL.
