The Intercept® i2he™ THC Oral Fluid Calibrators are intended for use in the calibration of l- isomer ∆9 THC in human oral fluid when used with the Intercept® i2he™ Cannabinoids Oral Fluid Assay on clinical chemistry analyzers. This device is not intended for use for clinical diagnostic applications.
After thawing, the Intercept® i2he™ THC Oral Fluid Calibrators are liquid ready-to-use. They are prepared by spiking known quantities of l- isomer ∆9 THC into buffer matrix. The 1.0 ng/mL cutoff calibrator is used as a qualitative cutoff reference for distinguishing “positive” from “negative” samples.
