The Sofia Lyme Fluorescent Immunoassay (FIA) uses advanced immunofluorescence-based lateral-flow technology to provide rapid differential detection of human IgM and IgG antibodies to Borrelia burgdorferi from serum and plasma specimens from patients suspected of B. burgdorferi infection.
