The Intercept® i2he™ Multi-Drug Oral Fluid Calibrators Set B are intended for use in the calibration of secobarbital, nordiazepam, methadone and oxycodone in human oral fl uid when used with the Intercept® i2he™ Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone, and Oxycodone Oral Fluid Assays on clinical chemistry analyzers. This device is not intended for use for clinical diagnostic applications.
The Intercept® i2he™ Multi-Drug Oral Fluid Calibrators Set B are liquid ready-to-use. They are prepared by spiking known quantities of secobarbital, nordiazepam, methadone, and oxycodone into buffer matrix. The cutoff calibrator is used as a qualitative cutoff reference for distinguishing “positive” from “negative” samples. The concentration for each drug in the calibrators is listed in table below. Concentrations for each calibrator are confi rmed by LC-MS/ MS methodology.
