The Immunalysis K2 (Synthetic Cannabinoids-1) Urine Enzyme Immunoassay is a homogeneous enzyme immunoassay with a dual cutoff of 10 ng/mL and 20 ng/mL. The assay is intended for the qualitative assay of JWH-018, JWH-073, AM-2201 and their metabolites in human urine. The Immunalysis K2 (Synthetic Cannabinoids-1) Urine Enzyme Immunoassay Kit provides only a preliminary analytical test result. A more specific alternate chemical method must be used in order to obtain a confirmed analytical result. Gas Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) or Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is the preferred confirmatory method. Clinical consideration and professional judgement should be applied to any drug of abuse test result, particularly when preliminary positive results are used.
