Test Bases are orange plastic components containing two reaction tubes of lyophilized reagents for the targeted amplification of Influenza A and B viral RNA. Sample Receivers are blue plastic components containing 2.5 mL of elution buffer. Transfer Cartridges are white plastic components used to transfer 2 x 100 uL of sample extracted from the Sample Receiver to the Test Base.
